At the first appointment you will normally meet with 2 advisers. We will try to arrange for at least 1 of these to see you at subsequent appointments to provide continuity.
Yes – a friend or family member is most welcome to be with you.
Don’t worry – please try to let us know as soon as possible and we will rearrange the appointment. We can even come to your home address if that is more convenient to you.
If you are not happy with the advice you have been given or the approach we have taken, please talk to your adviser initially. If you do not feel you can do this, please leave a message on our answerphone and someone will call you. If we cannot resolve your concern informally, we have a formal complaints procedure.
